What should I wear to my class?

Whichever class you are attending, your body will be moving constantly. Therefore, we suggest you wear something comfortable and fitting so you have the ability to move freely, and your trainer can position you properly.

There are many exercises in Pilates where you are lying down and your legs are moving above you…so you don’t want the shorts to ride up. Instead, wear capris or leggings with a tank top or fitted long-sleeved shirt. As for footwear, you can either be barefoot or wear socks for your session

For those with hair past their shoulders, we recommend that you tie back your hair. We also recommend that you remove all jewellery to avoid inhibiting your movement or getting caught anywhere.
