There are many reasons that dancers, sportspeople and others who place unusual demands on their body turn to Pilates to improve their performance and prevent injuries. The complete system of exercises developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates conditions the whole body by focusing particularly on the deep postural muscles that are the basis of every movement.

Under the care of our expert teachers you will develop awareness of healthy postural alignment; long, lean muscles that are strong without sacrificing flexibility; and resilience throughout your spine. Pilates is also ideal for rehabilitation after injury or surgery as you will work mindfully and without impact or sudden movements.
