There is no limit to the number of classes you do..... daily practice brought straight to your living room!

GROUP Live-Stream Registration is easy:

  1. Select a class from the menu below.
  2. Select 'Click Here to Register' 
  3. Register and pay, if needed. Payments are via PayPal.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to use to join the class at start time. Be sure to “allow zoom.us to open” and “allow video.”  Please join 5min early in order to begin on time.
  5. If you do not have a FREE account with Zoom.com http://zoom.com you may be prompted to sign up. There is also a free app on a tablet or phone.

1-2pm - Fundamentals Behind Scaravelli Yoga (All) with Gary - £12

These classes are designed to build on the principles and practice of the Scaravelli approach,
working with and exploring gravity's effect on the system in conjunction with the breath.

4-5:15pm - GYROKINESIS® (All) with Tisha - £12

GYROKINESIS® classes lead you through a unique series of exercises called 'spinal motions'. Utilising guided breath & rhythm, GYROKINESIS® decompresses & elongates your spine. Tisha includes all of the benefits of the spinal motions series but will also incorporate the Awakening of the Senses and breathwork/meditation, varying from week to week.

Tuesday

7:30-8:30am - Pilates (All) with Coley - £10

This one hour strength building class uses the fundamental building blocks set out by Josephs Pilates. Our goal is to keep you fit so when we emerge from isolation we can jump right back into our physical lives without any aches or pains.

The class will touch upon the elongation of the spine, lengthening of muscles and developing strength beginning in the body's centre, the core, and radiating out through the arms and legs. All you need is a space to work.

Prop suggestions:
- mat or towel
- an overball, if you have one
- couple of cushions
- yoga strap, scarf or belt

Join Master Trainer Dylan Elmore for a GYROKINESIS® class leading you through a unique series of exercises called 'spinal motions'. Utilising guided breath & rhythm, GYROKINESIS® decompresses & elongates your spine.

10-10:45am - Chair Pilates for Seniors with Liz - FREE

This class is designed for older participants who find it challenging to kneel or exercise on the floor. We will get your spine and joints moving, connect with your deep 'centre' and stretch.

12-1:15pm - Pilates Dance Fusion with Mara - £15

Pilates Dance Fusion is a mindful and fun exercise class to music combining Pilates, elements of Ballet Barre and Contemporary Dance sequences.

The class begins with a 15 min Pilates Mat warm-up, followed by a 20 min Ballet Barre, finishing with Contemporary Dance sequences and 10-15 min unwinding. The dance sequences are accompanied by music. The teacher moves with the students, creating movement sequences based on the group's level of experience and response to what has come before.

This is an adult movement class for people from all walks of life and levels of experience. Whether you would like to start a regular exercise practice, have always wanted to dance, love moving or simply want to add something new to your regular movement practice, Pilates Dance Fusion offers the opportunity for you to improve your overall wellbeing in a fun and welcoming environment.

The class creates a space for participants to move mindfully whilst exploring their body's movement potential, rhythm, spatial awareness and sense of balance. This class improves cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone and flexibility whilst lowering stress levels, leaving participants feeling more energised.

3-4:30pm - Deepening the Practice (for Teachers) with Gary - £18

Calling upon philosophies of movement, from fascial movement, Vanda Scaravelli’s work, martial arts, contact improvisation, gyrotonic, pilates and qi gong practices, to enhance an advanced understanding of motion.
This is an ongoing practice group led by Gary.

Pre-requisite for Attendance:

You must be a qualified teacher who has worked with Gary Carter previously.
