Eleonora Cinti was born in Fano, Italy and has been practicing Gyrotonic and Yoga for over 10 years. She is a free spirit who craves adventures and her strong passion for dance has forced her to take on new challenges.
She studied dance with a focus in classical, contemporary and hip hop and moved to Florence in 2000 to be part of "Il Balletto di Toscana", a dance company directed by Cristina Bozzolini.
Due to her need for continuous growth, she moved to Milan and attended the Academy of Susanna Beltrami and joined the contemporary dance company.
While attending the Academy, she discovered Gyrotonic and fell in love.
She has been working as a trainer for Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis in Milan at the "Gyrotonic Milano" studio with master trainers Paolo Bernasconi, Mauro Barbetta and Selene Manzoni.
Her love for the method instills a passion for continuous research and attending specialization courses and updating with international Master Trainers in various parts of the world.
Through this, she was able to cultivate her second passion: traveling, which brought her to India where she discovered Yoga.
Back in Italy, she attended intensive yoga workshops with Antonietta V.Ferrante, founder of Neshama Yoga, and Sol Schmitz in the wonderful island of Amorgos in the Cyclades.
Now she finds herself in London, full of energy and ready to teach others how to achieve a state of psychological well-being and practice it every day as she has learned to do.
