Coley recognizes the benefits of Pilates in all bodies and feels joy when the practice of Pilates improves the lives and well being of her clients. She has worked with a wide range of bodies and body types. She experiences great satisfaction when a client has lived pain free for a week, completed a marathon, done their first pull up, hit under par, or taken his first cane free step in five years. The physical strength and concentration gained through the practice of Pilates makes you feel better and provides you with the physical tools and freedom to achieve your goals.
Coley is an experienced trainer and has been teaching in the US and UK for 15 years. She qualified with the Pilates Foundation under the tutelage of Abigail Ben-Ari and Belsize Studio in 2003.
