Chris has always had a passion for movement and fitness, which led him to study dance at Central School of Ballet in London. It was during his professional dance training that he discovered GYROTONIC® exercise as part of a rehabilitation program, paired with Pilates. It was the Gyrotonic method that allowed Chris to overcome his physical challenges, which gave him the ability and freedom to pursue his career in Dance.
Chris now enjoys sharing the amazing benefits of a movement practice that exercises both body and mind, as one. He is passionate about passing on the positive influences the Gyrotonic method has on all areas of life.
